A lovely location - peaceful and in lovely countryside, but not too far to drive in to Wroxham for meals, food, etc. The place had everything we could possibly need for a week's holiday.
The only things we could possibly find negative at all, were the very slight lack of room upstairs, and it would have been a nice extra to have a bit of a view. However, these things did not spoil our stay, as everything else was excellent.

Clean and very quiet.
A few basic things like a scourer to clean the dishes should have been provided. Maybe kitchen paper or at least a mop if a drink is spilt. Those small details and perhaps getting a response from the owner & Sykes holiday (using bots) regarding our request to leave our bags on the property before the 3pm check-in.

Nice size for two, lovely and quiet with the sun in the garden nearly all day. Lot's to do and see in the area, we have already recommended it to friends and family and would definitely return, use what3words location ///mysteries.mistaking.shippers

Beutiful location
A little chilly in the evenings, so disappointing to find that the radiators were set to e very low thermostatic level and the fuse had been removed from the bathroom radiator.
