Extremely clean with positive vibes, amazing staff and hospitality. The hotel manager is very friendly and sweet person. They happily accommodated our request for a very late checkout since we had to go for Woodbury premium outlets. Highly recommended, if you are craving for premium outlet shopping experience, The place is 10mins drive.
Our rooms were not serviced. Since we stayed for 2 nights only. The hotel management should look into this aspect.

I thought the breakfast was outstanding compared to many other hotels.
Also the front desk and other personnel were very friendly.
The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable and bothered my back.
The double room felt a little small.
