Good location and a very accommodating host. Good Breakfast provided each day in room. We were able to park the scooter we hired for a nominal fee.
But to many rules. Maybe people in the past have not been respectful of the property but we found the instructions a little burdensome.

Good room, clean, but with a bad smell inside due to the molds on bathroom`s walls. The owner advice was to open the window.
Not good breakfast for us, only sugar in each food, from yogurt to croissant, actually this was all you can eat, no fruit, no vegetable. On booking presentation are photos with cheese or ham, but this wasn`t in reality. For us it`s not the first when we visit Italy, but it was the first time when we received a such a poor breakfast for a B&B. Actually, a poor quality/price.
