The owner was very welcoming & very helpful, all of the staff were lovely & friendly 😀, the owner spoke English as well as other languages so was easy to converse. Ate dinner on the terrace that night & the food was very good, will definitely go back if in the area.
Liked everything really, be prepared though because the hotel is at the top of a long winding road.

Hosts so welcoming and exactly what you would expect, nice cool beer was given on arrival and a very friendly smile 😊 All the staff amazing and we would always stay here if in the area. Had a beautiful evening meal and breakfast was lovely too! Best bit drive to the hotel such fun 🤩 Book and enjoy I can't say anymore.
Nothing not to like and if you do more fool you for not being open!!

Really nice staff and good location, walking distance to the Brunate funicular. Nice asorted breakfast with good cappuccino
Very warm room. It could benefit of having at least a fan for the air to circulate
