Penthouse in Rome, speaks for it self. Spectacular!

Penthouse view of the city was fantastic! We enjoyed the rooftop patio every evening after a long day of exploring. Restaurants and a great market were steps away. The owner was exceptionally helpful and he was available every step of the way! 👍

Broken Aircon made stay unpleasant

Excellent location and host.

There had been a problem with a burst pipe under the tiled floor in the bathroom a few days before our arrival. Unfortunately the repairs had caused a lot of dust everywhere. The air conditioning did not work when we arrived on the Friday. A temporary fix was made the following Monday afternoon, however there continued to be issues with the aircon throughout our entire stay. The host tried his best to have this resolved and visited us every day during our stay. Unfortunately, the heat in Rome reached 42 degrees and the apartment was unbearably hot day and night. Shame as it was a lovely apartment.

Comfortable apartment with a great view.

Our host, Andrea was very helpful going over the apartment and giving us pointers for shopping and eating in the neighborhood. Andrea was readily available for any questions we had. The apartment is on the 8th floor and the outside deck has a great view of the city and a direct view of the Vatican that is only about a 7 minute walk down the street. Although the kitchen is tiny, it suited us well. The apartment is comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. The location is about a 5 minute walk from the Metro station and it is only about a 10 minute ride to the main train station.

A real home from home if your home has amazing views across the city. Apartment is very comfortable and is located close to the Metro and bus service. Going to the nearby food market was great and there are lots of lovely restaurants nearby.

Absolutely perfect location and property

amazing well equipped property. great location. Andrea is an amazing host who offers plenty of information and responds immediately. perfect apartment for a couple with all the necessities required. highly recommend.

Excellent Comfortable Safe

this is by far the best we could get. a superb view a deliteful host Andrea. There are two flights of stairs but not difficult and we handled this with our bags. the room and facilities were terrific. take a portable clothes line if you intend to do washing as it is standard not to have a dryer. Andrea left us some coffee and gave us helpful suggestions for supermarket (just two streets away) and great restaurants. if you want to be in a local area without tourists then this is it. all the restaurants here are fantastic and it is a short stroll to the Vatican and the train station. for help for others all PowerPoints take the Italian three prongs so come prepared.

shower broke for day one but Andrea fixed it with the plumber so all ok. be careful a couple of trip steps but that it Rome!

Brilliant location with exceptional views

Had a fantastic experience within Penthouseinrome. The location is great, surrounded by local shops and restaurants and a convenient 10 minute walk from Vatican City. Views from the balcony are spectacular. The host Andrea was also very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely return here again.

Nothing major. Minor problem was that our stay didn't include shampoo, body wash or much toilet paper. Price should include these small things. Again, not a big problem though

The apartment was fantastic the views amazing and Andrea is a great host nothing is too much for him ie explaing how to get from cruise terminal and recommending local restaurants which we used that were 👏 so 1000% all round

Exceptional

Fantastic view as good as you could ever wish for. Nicely decorated and easy access. Andrea was really helpful.

The bathroom was a little dated but the rest more than made up for it.

beautiful neighborhood just outside of the hustle and bustle. the view from the terrace was A++++. Flat is perfectly appointed and felt like home. very gracious and helpful host.

Superb

Very nice styled penthouseappt with large and cosy terrace that offers a magnificant view on the Vatican and Rome city. Andrea is very helpfull and gives you all the info you ask for. The metro is a 5' walk away and brings you in 10' to the center. We (my 13year old son and I) enjoyed being out of the very crowed Rome center. But there are lots of nice restaurants and bars in the area. Very nice area too and felt very safe.

Exceptional

The view is spectacular: Vatican and the gardens, Spanish Steps (Trinità dei Monti), piazza Venezia Castel St Angelo. Great location at the Metro. Prati has a great bakery pasticciera Boci: great pizza! The house had Tasteful decor, great art and books to read (if you read Italian!) Andrea was very gracious and communicative. I had some dinner guests who were Roman and they were overwhelmed!!! Excellent. I didn’t want to leave!

Andrea the host very nice and interesting guy, he gave us some precious recommendations of restaurants/bars without that easy to fall into tourist traps in Rome. Amazing view from terrace, very quiet , comfortable bed, great location near the Vatican which was the highlight of our trip but also near metro station which is convenient to go to Rome center

Flat could have been a bit cleaner, as it felt a bit dusty and not sure it was professionally cleaned before we arrived
