Aircon worked well, beds were comfortable enough and the location is very close to Ben Thanh market and other restaurants in the area.
The set up of breakfast could've been better. Would be great if someone could greet you as you enter and explain how the breakfast buffet is set up. I think they'd earn more money if they had someone their offering 'proper' coffee. The staff could've explained a little bit more about the area for first time travellers, they could have offered idea's of some places to visit / see or offer an explanation of whats immediately around.

The access to the entrance has a lot of stairs and this makes handling luggage awkward

Great location for everything. Hotel had good amenities, the rooms were nice & clean. Bathroom was compact but had everything that we needed. Beds was comfortable & a selection of pillows. The staff were no nonsense, efficient & attentive when required.

Hotel is fine, staff were helpful.
I had an issue with the shower in that there was little to no water coming from it / zero pressure but as I was close to checking out there was no point in trying to get maintenance to sort it out.
Breakfast was good
shower or lack of!
pool is a bit of a joke as it's not very big and fine for just 1 or 2 people to access so don't expect to be lounging on a rooftop pool / bar area
