The location was great. We had the balcony room and the view was amazing. The room was big and the balcony was huge. Love all the decor.
The shower took a long time to heat and temp was inconsistent.

The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Room service was very prompt, staff were friendly and helpful and they organised a surprise cake for my birthday.
Tea/coffee station needs to be improved. Need coffee creamer or fresh milk in the room rather than asking for fresh milk everyday. To be fair, room service provided these within two minutes. It would be nice if the hotel provided more drinking water. Be advised, probably to be expected from a hotel in the middle of the city, the view is just of the buildings immediately across the street.

Very nice Hotel, tasteful decor. The Staff went out their way to help you when needed. Location is very convenient ! Right in the heart of Saigon. Walking short distance everywhere. I would stay at this Hotel again. Recommend it!
The guess stay here are mixed.
Polite and impolite. Noise and very loud at night. I did call the front desk to complain but no result. I believed the staff is not allow to correct the guess, which is very bad my 20 days stay here are very good!

This is a great, quirky place to stay. The roof top jacuzzi pool was great as was breakfast
