Great location. That’s all. The bellman was very helpful to help me change room when the air conditioner not working, although this was also an inconvenience because we had a lot of luggage for a long trip.

The hotel has 4 stars but it is definitely lower. The room is very noisy because of the noise of traffic, restaurant around, poor soundproof. Receptionist does not welcome guests, still looking at the mobile phone when talking to guests. I have read reviews and feel that they are only friendly to foreigners maybe. Breakfast time was over at 10am, but at 9:45am, the staff rushed in to get food, peeled bananas and chewed at the counter, talking loudly. I’ve never seen anything like this before. Feel like untrained staffs. Old, poor quality bath towels. The shower is leaking, the bathroom is higher than the floor, causing water to flow everywhere. Pillow is too hard. This is the first time I have rated a hotel with such a low score. Not worth the price at all, really.

The stairs to the pool are very dangerous They are dark and steep with no lights to turn on during the day

nicest hotel in HMC I have stayed in but noisy at night

great location, very close to markets, had a corner suite and it was nice to have the extra room.

it was very noisy at night time till about midnight - as there is a bar/restaurant across the road.

Very attentive receptionist. Location. Breakfast is good by asian standards (my girlfriend liked it so it's a plus - don't expect much otherwise: there's plenty of coffee shops outside anyway).

A lovely three days spent in great accommodation in the centre of Saigon.

The staff were polite and helpful.

The room was a little small and there was no view.
