Great location with easy access to sightseeing attractions, shopping malls, the metro, and buses. The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good with a wide variety of options.
The towels and bedsheets had a noticeable smell, similar to sulfur. I assume this may have been caused by the sanitising products used.
There were also no proper cups or plates in the room—only paper cups were provided, which I don’t think is appropriate for a five-star hotel.

The location, spacious room, cleaning, lobby style, staff, bedding quality
Noisy, you can here everything, no noise isolation at all, disturbed every morning at 4:50 by the Ezan, then at 7:30 by constant door slamming by the cleaning ladies.Breakfast room is dark and the food choice is weird, do after the first breakfast we never had it again.
