The hospitality was very good. Also, the manager and housekeeping staff were very professional and helpful. Great location, and I would definitely use the place again.

Overall, it was clean and looked similar to the photos, but due to the carpet, the floor was dusty and not very clean. The staff were friendly and kind, but the main issue was that the small office near the entrance was often unattended, and there was no one available to assist guests. Even on the last day, despite coordinating airport transfer and check-out in advance, nobody was there. We had to get a taxi ourselves from the corner of the street and almost missed our flight.
