Außergewöhnliche Lage unmittelbar am Strand. Morgens noch vor dem Frühstück direkt ins Meer - herrlich. Den hohen Preis zahlt man für die Lage, nicht für die Ausstattung. Pluspunkt ist der Bus-Shuttle nach Sirolo.
Sehr steile Straße wg. der Steilküste. Hotel hat Parkplätze relativ weit oben. Mitarbeiter des Hotels fahren das Gepäck jedoch zum Auto. Um zum Auto zu gelangen, muss man schon ein bisschen fit sein, vor allem bei Hitze. Die Ausstattung ist etwas dürftig: zum Sitzen gibt es 2 unbequeme Klappstühle und ein Plastikbezogenes Sofa. Klimaanlage in der Küche muss für fensterloses Schlafzimmer reichen.

la posizione...unica in tutto il Conero praticamente in spiaggia. Ombrellone compreso nel prezzo, colazione al bar dei bagni arturo, molto caratteristica. La disponibilità e la gentilezza genuina dei fratelli proprietari della struttura è senza prezzo.
direi nulla...ma bisogna sapere che per soggiornare qui si deve sacrificare qualche confort, la struttura è sul mare ma lontano dal paese, cosa che per me è un valore aggiunto ma non lo è per tutti.
