sehr schöne Aussicht und Lage

das Hotel hat ein Restaurant, das ganz gut ist
die Signora beim Frühstück war unfassbar freundlich und bemüht
Zimmer schön und komfortabel (jedoch einfach eingerichtet)
Civitanova Alta ist eine entzückende Stadt und sie ist fußläufig (20-30 Minuten) erreichbar - Covitanova Marche ist ungefähr 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Fußläufig vom Hotel gibt es mehrere schöne Orte, wo man den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer beobachten kann!
Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer war ein Luxus mit Dampf-Funktion und Düsen von oben und der Seite - allerdings hat sie etwas gemüffelt.
Pool kostet extra (4€/Person) und ist außerdem öffentlich, es kommen viele externe Gäste und Liegen können auch vorab reserviert werden - für uns war das kein Problem, da wir die Liegen ganz hinten auf der Wiese weit weg vom Trubel am Pool bevorzugten und diese immer frei waren (wer allerdings eine Liege um den Pool haben möchte, sollte das beachten).
Durch die vielen externen Gäste war es teilweise sehr laut am Pool und im Restaurantbereich.

The location is beautiful. Writing from a family point of view with 2 children aged 13 and 11, you do need to consider renting a car if you would like access to local shops and towns nearby. Otherwise you will need a taxi to take you to the local beach in Civitanova as it is not accessible by walking. The only place you can walk to is the old town of Civitanova Alta. Its pretty there and great to take photos if you like doing that.
The swimming pool kept our kids entertained daily and as guests of the hotel, we paid a slightly cheaper rate than locals at 4 Euros per person per day, instead of 8 Euros as the pool is not part of the hotel. This is predominantly an Italian speaking hotel and area, unlike Bologna where we visit frequently, many of the staff there speak English, so be prepared for Google translate to be your best friend if you do not speak the language! My husband and I knew of this before travelling - you really do get a good authentic Italian experience which was what we were looking for.
The restaurant is good value for money and they serve pizza which ours kids loved, pasta and grilled meats. I've seen others mention it being expensive in reviews, but I didn't think so in comparison with other cities we have visited.
The lady who served us at breakfast was a pleasure, so kind and thoughtful offering us local knowledge and places to visit nearby. She really did make it for us. She was lovely!
There was nothing I didn't like about our stay here. Just keep in mind that access to local neighbouring towns requires a car.

The property is new , rooms are very nice and well furnished. We took the king room with hydromassage that wasn’t cheap for 1 night.
The restaurant is very good, food is well cooked and I would go to the restaurant again.
The swimming pool is nice too, water is clean and well organised.
While I was trying the shower with hydro massage, the hot water stopped working and I couldn’t enjoy it.
Also the tv stopped suddenly showing the tv channels. I raised it with the owner but they didn’t offer a discount, just said sorry.
