De netheid van de ruimtes, het was superschoon. Verder waren er schoonmaakmiddelen aanwezig om een afwas te doen.
Het bed, omdat het kraakte, het matras was ook aan vervanging toe. Verder konden wij de faciliteiten niet vinden zoals het zwembad etc..
Tip: Ergens opschrijven/ophangen wat er verwacht wordt van de gast m.b.t. het afval (welke kleur is wat??) bedden afhalen?
Ook was ons niet duidelijk dat er geen ontbijt bij zat.
Helaas konden wij de vele faciliteiten niet vinden (zwembad, relaxruimte, bos?)

Struttura nuova con qualche imperfezione “estetica”dato il gran traffico della zona da parte dei turisti.
La villa è molto bella e arredata con gusto.
Noi avevamo la camera al piano terra dello stabile principale: spaziosa comoda e con un bel bagno.
Non molto insonorizzate le camere.
Parcheggio dentro la struttura comodo che è il vero plus data la zona.
Check in tutto autonomo con invio codici e istruzioni.
Rapporto qualità prezzo buono, il conero è molto molto caro.
Colazione un poco sotto la media considerato il costo sia della camera sia il fatto che è a pagamento a 10 euro (

The view (if you have it) as the garden are nice, the bad, the shower are comfortable.
The room was very minimalist and not particularly comfortable or well equipped. The breakfast was disappointing, with products that did not seem very fresh or of particularly good quality. The entrance to the parking area is extremely narrow and can be quite difficult to navigate.
Overall, the place felt rather sterile and unwelcoming, lacking warmth or atmosphere.
The description of the room as having a “sea view” was especially misleading. In reality, you can barely see the sea from the room — you practically have to lean out of the window to catch a glimpse of it. I definitely would not describe this as a sea-view room.
