Wonderful and quiet location with beautiful garden space and old trees. The pool area was clean with enough sun beds/parasols, shade offering olive trees and a nice bar offering small lunch dishes and drinks. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. In the open restaurant situated in the interior of the castle we had delicious food and local wines served by very professional and friendly staff (especially Samantha :-). Our apartment in the near-by Dependance was well equipped and spacious. We also enjoyed special activities organized by the Castello, e.g. a wine tasting afternoon. Thanks to our contact person Jona, who was just great !! We will surely come back !!

The location is ideal, and the Castello is impressive. I stayed in the ‘independence’ where the room was spacious and well appointed - comfortable bed and large bathroom, with a view over the hills. The breakfasts are excellent and can be taken outside when the weather is good. Most important the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful - I didn’t have time to thank them before I left - so I do it now! Dinner in the courtyard is special - with great food. The garden, with sun beds, around the pool is also a great feature.
