There’s television, hot water, easy check-in, the staff were friendly
There’s no soap, no towels, the bathroom and sink in the kitchen was not very clean, lots of mould in the shower, the sink and the bathroom needs some bleach

We like that it's near to the attractions we wanted to visit. We also like that there's a kitchen coz we stayed for 3 days & 2 nights. It's good thing they have kitchen so we can cook. They are also very quick to answer our questions online. Really appreciated that they answer all my inquiries. We love the set up of the living area & kitchen. Enjoyed watching movies in Netflix when we're home.
First, we have our own preferences. It's not that we don't like it. Maybe they can consider upgrading a bit. We just felt that the bedroom wasn't that comfy or relaxing to stay. There's only 2 pillows, so maybe they can add even 1 more. The room just feel so empty. The bidet was also leaking, so the floor was watery. Also, no toiletries are available. It's raining when we visited Baguio, so we're freezing. Maybe they can add blanket to the sofa which is made of leather so guests will feel comfortable. The heater also took really a long time, so we need to be patient. But all in all our stay was really good. Thank you Ricio Haus.
