The view is pleasant, and the location is favorable.
The premises are not clean. The toilet is not clean. The appliances and kitchenware are not in good condition. The area is not sanitized.

Location is exceptional near to the most sought tourist attractions of Baguio City. Few steps from Mines view park.
The unit has the best view, whether it’s night or day.
Interior design is remarkable will make you smile and feel relax. It has a fresh and clean vibe
The owner is too kind and fast in responding about our concerns.
The sala coach cushion has an unwashed smell.
Which is understandable since it is bare.
It is best to cover it with fabric linen so that one can easily be remove and wash. ☺️

The property is big for one person. It is clean and comfortable because you can feel the touch of nature.

The apartment balcony had an amazing view, the air was cold, and it was completely quiet.
There was no free parking, the location was far from the city center, and the furniture was old and need renovation..
