Very homey feel. Quiet and peaceful. 10 mins to everything in Baguio City downtown. The contact person (Ms Aisha) is very helpful and assisting, going the extra mile as opening the door for a very very late check-in.
I love how organized the place is too. Add to that fact that I was advised of no curfew is great since I had to stay out late. Basic necessities like water are available, and Internet is fast.
Probably the hole inside my room's cabinet. There's no bidet in the toilet, too, so keep this in mind and bring a portable one if you need that. And the fact that the location is located on quite a slope terrain from the main highway 😂

Location is away from the busy city so it is a breath of fresh air to be there. The owner is very accommodating and explained all the details of the place, we were also given a secured parking so we do not need to park along the street.
The shower head on the common bathroom needs a little fixing (or replacing) but still usable. There is a small chance of a taxi to pass by except if comes to drop off a passenger in the nearby subdivision and going up to the main street requires some effort since it's a bit sloped (but tolerable for the young ones - we have a senior member so we have to assist her all throughout the walk).
