.no ac, the bath towels were damp and filthy. I mean real dirty. The sheets had stains on them and the shower was filthy. If it was not so late, I would have checked out and moved to another hotel. You can't make this up. Worst hotel ever. They couldn't pay me to there. One night was more than enough for me

- Android TV Dongle is intermittent, will test your patience. Why not invest on Smart TV instead.
- Lighting is too dimmed.
- Provided electric fan is as noisy as it gets.

All in all my son and her girlfriend enjoy the place in baguio and the hotel.thank you very much

They are very helpful we stayed 2 nights , the room is hot no aircondition except electric fan , they did not clean up the room the 2nd day

Not all the rooms have windows which is a big bummer for hotels. The room I stayed it was nice and clean. If I were to stay here again, I’d make sure to upgrade to a room with a window.

I had a great time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the shower's water heater not working in room, 208. Staff came to assist once to assist. However, it never turned on. Hot shower is very important when visiting Baguio. If I were to return, I will verify the room has working hot shower. Other than the shower issue, everything is great!
