The house was beautiful and very private for a large group which was the most awesome part. The pool wasn’t heated and the water was too cold for a 1 and 3 year old to swim. That was very disappointing as the kids love to swim. It is my fault in a way for not asking about the pool temp but I assumed given it was a luxury type home.

Fantastic trip visiting family in cayman. The house was lovely, lots of space and filled with everything one could need to entertain 4year olds to 60 year olds. Location is west bay so a ‘changing’ neighborhood of friendly people. Would recommend for any large group doing cayman without the crazy sticker price! Thankyou

This place is everything and more! Very comfortable with 5 great bedrooms, a lovely pool, a super nice game room, and lots of room to spread out. Armando was awesome with communication and check-in. The location was perfect, 20 minutes from the airport, within walking distance to swimming with turtles, great food, and 15 minutes driving to Georgetown with top notch dining shopping and awesome beaches. We will definitely be back!!

This house was exactly what I was looking for. My dad had never been out of the country, and I wanted him to feel like he was at a home away from home. This house is HUGE and comfy. We had our own private spots when needed, although we spent most of our time socializing in the kitchen, the family room downstairs, and by the pool. The third-floor entertainment room was fantastic and would be great for a family with more kids, but we had more adults in our group. This house had everything, pool/beach towels, sun block, bug spray, variety of bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, pool toys, fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/utensils), and more.
The grocery store (Foster's) is 5 minutes down the street. Note that this grocery store does not sell wine or spirits, but there is a wine and spirit store in the shopping center directly beside it.
Our beach of choice was Governor's Beach, which was a 12 minute ride from the house (located directly behind the Governor's house). It was absolutely beautiful. Clear water and soft sand (no broken-up seashells to stick in your feet). There were a few water sport activities as well. My son (10) really enjoyed using his snorkel gear here, since the water was so clear and calm, he could see the onsie and twosie fish that were swimming around.
Most of our activities were near the house. The furthest we drove was 50 mins to Crystal Caves, to the eastside of the island.

Well furnished and appointed. Third floor game area was loved by the kids, as was the pool. Huge well equipped kitchen. Very clean and well maintained. Enormous grassy yard for outdoor activities (very hard to find on the island). Met with owner who was gracious an hospitable.

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. We knew from a previous visit to the island that we wanted to be close to 7 mile beach and Armando's home was ideal! We rented a car to be able to move freely about the island and to get to the beach. We preferred Governor's Beach, it was an easy 10 minute drive. We also went to Cemetery Beach a couple of times which was about 5 minutes. The house was well appointed for cooking meals for the family and had so much space for spreading out! There were 9 of us plus our 18 month old grandson. The pool was a nice size, a wonderful temperature and extremely clean. The house was also very clean upon our arrival. We met Armando for an easy check in and also briefly at checkout. He is an attentive and very thoughtful host. We enjoyed being able to walk to Macabuca for drinks and food, not to mention the glorious sunset! This is a property we would return to when we have a group this size! Amazing location, fantastic host and everything we needed! Thank you Armando!

Home was awesome. Pool was perfect for younger kids 7 and up because of shallow end! Whole experienece was beyond words. We are beach people only draw back was distance to beach otherwise you could not ask for more!

What an enjoyable time!!!
It was wonderful to have all that space for our children and their little ones! We made good use of the charcoal grill and enjoyed sitting on the big couch chatting in the evenings!

Very nice somewhat secluded estate with lots of activities for the kids. Pool, swing set,bikes, game room , beach gear including snorkel gear. Turtle preserve and dolphin encounter within walking distance and stingray marina less than 15 minutes. The kitchen has everything you need to cook whatever and grocery store just 5 minutes. Armando was very responsive to our questions and needs.

So much to do for all ages, pool, hanging out at the pool, games room or just hiding out somewhere. Armando was very accommodating and his staff had things very clean. We would definitely rent again if we can back to the Caymans! Several attractions close by and of course we rented from Double Trouble for a fun day on the water, snokling, playing with stingrays etc and lots of great eating places!

Armando and Dawn were fantastic hosts! They were responsive, gave excellent recommendations, and helped our family get settled when our arrival was delayed for two days. The house is AMAZING; beautifully provisioned, stocked with everything needed! The game room provided hours of evening fun and we were able to spread out and relax. Best of all, our family had a blast and have been bitten by the travel bug! We will be back.

If you are looking for a large house with a pool and game room this is it. Located in West Bay on 3 acres there is plenty of privacy. Grocery store and liquor store nearby. Upscale restaurants and delivery dinners are optional. We enjoyed Chicken Chicken & Gino's pizza deliveries. Our favorite beach was Governor's beach. It was only a 10 minute drive from the house. The owner provides beach chairs and umbrellas. We had our great grandson with us who is 2 and a half. He had a great time on the beach and a sailboat ride. The owner had a hi chair and life jacket for him to use at the pool. If we decide to bring our family back we would stay here again!

We just returned from a week in Grand Cayman. This was our first time there and we couldn’t be happier with the location. It is a little quieter area than the main Seven Mile Beach area which was nice for walking/driving around. The Turtle
Center next door was great - you will definitely want to do the package in which you can use the water slide and swimming pool. That was enjoyed by all! The snorkeling with the turtles was a little overrated, but overall a fun day! We fished over the wall across the street by the Dolphin Center and caught a few small fish but saw tarpon, turtles and lots of small fish there. We ate at Macabuca twice which was right across the street and the food was decent. Also had a great dinner at Ristorante Pappagallo which was north a short drive and the food was beyond amazing!
Definitely recommend a boat trip to do Stingray City, Starfish Point, snorkeling, etc.
The house was huge and great for two families with teenagers. The game room was nice for nights, however air hockey table didn’t work. Would definitely go back to this property!

The house is exactly as depicted, spotlessly clean, beautiful and a great location. Hosts were very responsive and check-in/out was easy. Plenty of beach towels and bathroom amenities. The kitchen was fairly well outfitted. Could use some newer non-stick pans, but other than that, was great! Will definitely recommend to friends.

What a great place. We booked this place for a multi generational family vacation, and it met all of our needs! More than enough room for everyone to find their own space, and good common areas for us all to gather for meals, cards, pool time or what ever. Great location, enjoyed walking to the Turtle Center, the Tiki Bar, and across the street to view the amazing Cayman sunsets. Made for a sad day when we all had to go home at the end of our vacations. Great place, great hosts, great location. What more can I say....

Only negative is that is it too far to realistically awalk to seven mile beach, as such necessitates a car rental. That is the only downfall.
Would stay here again for sure. Armando was Gracious and picked up some groceries we had ordered as our arrival was Christmas Day.

This was a great property for our family vacation. The game room was a huge bonus for our five kids ages 3-12. It helped to keep them entertained during our down times. We were very pleased with the accommodations.

The home of Dawn & Armando was a wonderful and comfortable retreat. Our party of 9 stayed for a week, and we took full advantage of the all the space and amenities the house offered. Upstairs had a huge primary bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom, while the younger ones had their own spaces for sleep and play. The kids raved about the 3rd floor game room, really enjoying its movie room and various table games. The outside pool was large and clean, and the lights made it sparkle in the evenings. The kitchen & pantry had more than everything you would need to cook a nice home meal. There were a couple of bikes for touring the neighborhood. The amenities also included everything for travels to the beach: umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, etc. It's a short 5-10 minute drive to various 7 mile beaches.
I think it's important to mention two things in particular... First, the home was exactly what you see in the photographs. It is well-maintained, roomy, and stunning. Second, the hosts are fantastic. Armando went out of his way to answer our questions. He is pleasant and approachable and showed great care to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The hosts even provided farewell gifts for us. Such service is amazing to experience and so appreciated!

This was the best vrbo experience ever! The hosts Armando and Dawn were so gracious and kind. We received such a warm welcome and they made us feel like we were family. They even sent us off with a souvenir bag during check out. Armando and Dawn you are the best! The home is beautiful, spacious, inviting and a must for anyone booking. The kids really enjoyed their time in the pool especially at night with the colorful pool lights. We all loved the massive size of the house, large game area, huge kitchen, comfortable living spaces and bedrooms. We loved that the kids had their rooms in their own wing of the house with their own bathrooms. There were 12 in our group and we still felt small for this house. The location is awesome! We walked to the turtle and dolphin center from the house. Very convenient. We watched the sunset on the water from across the street from the house and enjoyed our last dinner at the conch restaurant right next to it. The fish fry was awesome by the way!!! The house is a short drive to 7 mile beach which is so devine and breathtaking. The location of the home is convenient and we highly recommend it. Everyone in our group loved the home and we will select it for our next visit! Thank you Armando and Dawn for gracing us with your lovely home. We truly felt at home in Cayman because of it!

Well situated property in West Bay, KY
The villa was ideal for our family group of adults and five children aged 9-12. There was a well-equipped kitchen with a large island and a pantry with supplies for our 6 day stay. Our host, Armando arranged for a Foster's food delivery on Saturday as our arrival was Sunday, when most markets were closed. The children slept in the bedroom with 2 queen beds and an extra mattress requested and supplied by our host-and also slept upstairs in the huge game room. ALL the mattresses were comfortable with extra pillows! The bikes in the garage were well-used to get around, and we also had two Kia vans rented that held 7 persons to travel to places not walking distance. We highly recommend the Macabuca/Cracked Conch for sunsets and dinner-only a 10 minute walk. They offer an "All you can eat barbeque" on Monday nights at reasonable prices. Small bodegas nearby were a favorite for picking up the delicious beef paddies. We walked to the Turtle Center and Dolphin Discovery, drove to attractions further away as the Botanical Garden, endangered Blue Iguanas, and drove to our pickup point for the Sting Ray City/Kaibo tour. Hell is also closeby-a tourist trap but good for a half hour. The backyard pool was wonderful to cool off in afterwards. We also used the charcoal grill two nights. Our expectations were exceeded by this villa and our wonderful host!

Great Place
Nine of us shared this beautiful house for 10 days. Armondo was there waiting for us when we arrived. He showed us around and gave us tips on local bars/restaurants. He also hooked us up with a cab driver with a van big enough to take us all downtown. The pool was clean and the small bar and chairs around the pool was a great place to gather. This house is a little farther north but you can be at the beach in less than 10 minutes. Very private setting. I definitely plan on staying here on the next trim to the island.

A beautiful property for an amazing island vacation, elegant and relaxing
This beautiful home was in a unique location. Just a few miles from Seven Mile Beach and walking distance to great snorkeling and restaurants. This home was spacious, elegant, comfortable and relaxing. Armando took great care of us, making sure we had what we needed and giving us great restaurant and excursion suggestions. We were a party of 8 and an amazing time. Would love to return.

Our group of eleven family members could not have been happier with this home and its location! Now, if you're looking to walk out the backdoor onto seven-mile beach, this property isn't for you--but honestly, I don't really know why you would want to do that, and this place has EVERYTHING else you could want!
It's away from the noise and crowds of seven-mile beach but is just a short drive away on days you feel like visiting (which you will want to do). Parking and beach access was very easy to find even during peak season. The location of this home, in the quiet West Bay area, made for a very relaxing trip. The home has every amenity you could want--fantastic kitchen, great patio, pool (with floats and rafts), a large yard (we played wiffle ball many afternoons), spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped game room, large dining table, and a great family room. We began our days with homemade pancakes, eggs, bacon, and then a discussion about the day's plans--which many times involved simply walking outside and into the pool!
Don't feel like cooking? There are excellent restaurants within walking distance of the house! The Macabuca Bar and restaurant was a family favorite! We also enjoyed West Bay Diner, Alfresco, and George Town Yacht Club.
As for activities, the Cayman Turtle Centre, right next to the house, is lots of fun. We also enjoyed kayaking in the mangroves, a drive up to Rum Point (stopping to see the Blow Holes along the way), a beautiful sunset at Smith Cove, and a gorgeous day at Governor's Beach. But the highlight of our trip was a 4-hour charter trip with Aqua Watersports. Paul (the Captain) and his wife Tania were superb hosts. George and Luke were also informative, helpful, and fun!! We enjoyed a wonderful time at Stingray City, snorkeled along the reef, visited Starfish Point, and spent some time on a Jet Ski!!! We HIGHLY recommend a tour with them!!!
And then when you are exhausted from your day of fun, Dawn and Armando's beautiful, relaxing estate awaits you. Do not think twice about renting this home. It's perfect!!!
