Clean , well stocked, easy , quiet and relaxing

We initially had a hiccup with our reservation and were rebooked at La Concha, Palm Heights’ residence property. While La Concha offers a different experience — quieter and more removed — it’s important to know it’s about a 12–15 minute shuttle ride from the main hotel, and late-night transportation can be a bit tricky.
That said, Palm Heights went above and beyond to make things right, and their response showed why they’re considered one of the best hotels out there. The service is truly top-notch — they genuinely care about their guests and it shows in how quickly and thoroughly they addressed our concerns.
If you're looking for the full Palm Heights vibe — energetic, luxurious, and incredibly thoughtful — I’d definitely recommend staying at the main hotel over La Concha. Palm Heights is an absolute must. The hospitality, energy, and attention to detail are unmatched.
