About this house rental
Beautiful home custom built in Eaton Ferry Estates. Kitchen completely remodeled and updated as well as all the floors downstairs in 2020. Double boathouse with one boat slip which has been floored for additional dock space. Perfect lake home for a family vacation. Home sits in a quiet cove that opens to the widest part of Lake Gaston. Wonderful screened in porch off master bedroom with table and chairs for family dining. Balcony off one of the bedrooms upstairs. Large laundry room. Plenty of outdoor deck space.

We have stayed at Alisha's property for the past three summers and have thoroughly enjoyed all that the house and location has to offer! We have stayed on other parts of Lake Gaston and this has been our favorite area by far! We particularly love the convenience to the grocery store and marina. Alisha is very responsive to concerns and the house itself is well maintained, comfortable, and welcoming!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake house! It was a wonderful accommodation for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need for cooking etc. As many others have noted, we loved the outside screened in porch! Alisha was very quick to answer any questions we had.

The house was perfect for our group of two adults and four boys 12-15. We had a great time hanging on the dock- swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. We will definitely be back again.
