Apartment was clean and well maintained. To get to the beach at the apartment. We rented a car for little money which gave us the chance to drive to the Cieba Ferry and go to Vieques 1 day and Culebra the next and visit other beaches around. Our vacation was in November, snorkeling was out of the question because the waves were big and stirring the ocean floor.

My husband and I spent 10 days in this adorable apartment at the end of august. Loved it!!!! Very clean and has everything you need. The view is incredible! We spent time in the evenings relaxing on the balcony, listening to waves crash. It was so peaceful. The beach in front of the apartment was never busy the entire time we were there. It almost felt like we were on a private island lined with coconut trees and other tropical plants. There are so many things to do in the area and lots of good food. Definitely somewhere we would recommend! How could I forget to mention how kind and thoughtful Mr. Rios is. He made sure we arrived okay and would check in from time to time to let us know he was available if we needed anything. So very sweet!

The check-in instructions, seem extensive upon arrival but keep up the safely and security of the building. Once inside, the view is breathtaking. The condo is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable relaxing home away from home. There are even beach toys, chairs, extra books for you to enjoy the perfect vacation. During our time in Luquillo, we realized everything was close by: grocery store, restaurant, laundry services and points of interest. At 45 min drive, even day trips to San Juan are a quick drive away. My family (even my teenage daughters) loved this condo!!

The apartments was exactly as advertised. The beach was more breath taking in person. You are not near san juan (30-40 mins away) but theres so much to do. We didnt get a car rental, but it was needed. Luckily Armando (one of the security guards) actually took it upon himself to drive us around, since uber is non existent in this location. Boy did he make the trip SPECTACULAR. he has great rates, and he makes u feel safe. Ask for Armando, if hes available he will help (he takes cash) but better rates than the taxis! Puerto Rico did not disappoint. Luquillo jas one of the best beaches i have ever been to. Also go to La Perillla (at Luquillo kioskos...like a strip mall) 7 minutes from the apartment, they have a great steak pasta and lobster dinner. I will be back to stay in this apartment again! There were a few roaches outside at night on the balcony, but that couldnt be helped, you are by water. But the apartment was clean! 5 stars! Also you can walk to Simple Food for freash delicious breakfast, and there is karaoke bar (Day Break) on the way, you should try at night!

We arrived late and Rafael made sure that we had a smooth checkin..house was super clean. This is at a great location and we were able to save driving time to El Yunke. The view from the balcony was awesome and we decided to spend entire day just in beach below the property. Rafael responded to our questions before checking in and also for suggestions very fast. Overall, we loved staying here and recommend others to stay here !

My family and I stayed here for four days and let me say that it has been one of the best places we have stayed at on the island. The check in process was super smooth the host was very responsive and friendly he made sure that we were comfortable every step of the way. This place has amazing views and is super close to lots of destinations. I would highly recommend this place if you were going with your family or a romantic vacation with your significant other.
Can’t wait to stay here again.

We have just returned from our amazing trip to Loquillo and are already planning our trip back in October. Raphael's place was perfect, excellent security and the condo was beautifully appointed. The jetty below the balcony provided soothing ocean sounds and beautiful views 24/7. Amenities were above expectations as well as communication from Raphael, who provided us with information on local jaunts, he was very responsive. The neighborhood has an excellent vibe and a few awesome eateries and bars. Our favorite being La Fonda. The beach at the condo was lovely, a mini tropical forest is right below the balcony! Bravo, Raphael and Loquillo!

Very nice condo. Incredible view ,our own private beach. Very nice pool. Loved walking on the beach. Several great restaurants close by. Close to the Rain Forest. And many other things to do. Chair's, beach toys, umbrella and beach towels provided. We loved it all.

Overall this was a great vacation. The individual condo unit was just as pictures show! I liked overall location of condo on the island bc it was close driving distance to good beaches, rainforest and the marina. It was 30 minutes from airport and about 40 minutes to old San Juan. It was cute unit and had great views. It’s a little smaller than we expected but still good. Bed was comfortable but we never had hot water for showers and the unit could use a few newer cooking skillets. The condo building itself was not that great and probably why there is no photos of actual condo building. Condo building looks run down in appearance. We were hesitant to use elevator as it wasn’t always working properly. They did fix it when it stopped working but another time we climbed 9 flights of steps. The condo owner was great at checking in with us daily and answering any questions. So, that was very helpful and appreciated. The beach/ocean the condo unit is on is very pretty. However, it is red flag ocean so not a place to hang out for the day if you want to swim. It’s good for experienced surfers but you need to drive 10 minutes down to go to luquillo beach for calmer waters to swim in safely. We used the condo unit more as a “home base”. We packed up for the day and went to different beaches, boat tours, rainforest etc. out to eat then came back to condo and watched a movie in evening The condo did have chairs, umbrella and cooler to pack for beach that was nice.

The check in was easy. The building is secure. The security guards (especially Alfred and Santiago) are very friendly and helpful. This was a great property for the two of us. Loved the balcony view. Close enough to walk to dinner, go grab coffee. Beach was nice out front too. Loved it and would go back!

The property is nice and secure. The view cant be beat. Rafael is great at communicating, stays in touch throughout the trip and gives good suggestions. Having a laundry room available was quite convenient. The private piece of beach outside of the condominium is lovely! The kids are already asking to come back again.

We had a very nice time at this condo! The view and the sea breeze felt on the balcony were spectacular. It was beyond beautiful. It’s clean and it’s nicely decorated. The air conditioner, tv and internet all worked well. The shower was nice. We did not cook we went out for every meal. The condo is located close to some very beautiful beaches, El Yunque, Ceiba ferries, and Fajardo. The host/owner was a very friendly person and eager to please.
We had a confusing time in the beginning with obtaining our keys and parking space, but that was more a issue with the guards. Not the owner. Yet having the guards around and the gate felt nice and safe.
As other reviews have said, the building is undergoing maintenance in certain areas. It should be noted the elevator currently does not work from ground floor thru level one. So you have to use the stairs. However once you get to level one it works fine to get you to and from the unit. Also, because the security is very strict on where exactly you park, and the designated space for this unit is currently in the lowest level of the parking deck, we came to find the elevators for that are out of order as well. So for now, there is a lot of stair climbing/walking involved getting to and from your vehicle to the unit. Which to be honest we needed the exercise anyway from eating at all the great local nearby establishments and Luquillo kioskos!
We give it a 5 star review even with small hiccups because the apartment itself is fantastic and the host/owner is a nice guy.

The condo was beautiful with an amazing view! The location was great and close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and our own private beach! Rafael Rios was very helpful and courteous! We had a very enjoyable stay at Rafael's condo. The location is excellent...... the view is spectacular, it is adjacent to the Northeast Ecological Corridor and only a 15 minute drive to the El Yunque rainforest for those interested in bird/wildlife watching, close to some excellent restaurants and bars, about a 25-30 minute drive to the Vieques Island ferry and 35-40 minutes to Old San Juan. The condo was very clean, well-kept and quiet. Everything, including air conditioning, etc. worked perfectly and security was good. Rafael kept in close contact with us as our departure approached and after our arrival in San Juan and was very helpful along the way. The location was easy to find but we did have difficulty with the directions to the reserved spot for this property in the parking deck, a very confusing place to us but then that is typical of many parking decks. We would stay here again and would recommend this property to others visiting, thanks Rafael!

Our stay at the property was lovely. Rafael did an amazing job checking in and providing some local suggestions (Seven Seas Beach and Angelito Trail). This condo is as beautiful as the pictures. We loved the hammock and chairs on lanai. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. The elevator was broken on ground floor so we did have to walk up to 1st floor to catch the elevator. The property felt like it’s undergoing some transformations. I don’t hold that against Rafael as the condo itself is well updated and kept. The condo is near several great restaurants that we loved walking to including: La Fonda Gourmet, Coffee Therapy, Boardriders Bar and Latin Gyros for amazing breakfast. As we walked the streets, the locals were all friendly.

The views live up to the pictures! The owner was wonderful and so helpful and available when we needed his help. He couldn't have been better. The beach is ok for experienced swimmers and just down the road is the calm and beautiful Luquillo beach. Very clean and the apartment has a little of everything to get you started on your stay.

We arrived and the property had no power. The rest of the building did, lights elevator etc. just his condo/apartment didn’t work. Had to spend 4 hours on the phone with VRBO to figure out how to salvage my honeymoon trip since I obviously couldn’t stay there. Property seemed nice and seemed clean (couldn’t turn the lights on and actually see). If he had alerted us that the property didn’t have power and we should look into rebooking this all would’ve been fine but he didn’t.
