Parking spaces underneath the hotel in the garage are for free. Speedy check-in. Rooms basic but clean; shower big enough. Window could be opened for fresh air. Conveniently located (very) close to A2 motorway and public transport. Did not have breakfast.
Exit to the parking garage is not indicated on the door on the -1 level. Safety issue in case of fire as all other doors are locked or lead to the pool.

Staff were lovely, convenient for where I needed to be. Good bus route from Utrecht. Room with a very good desk and I enjoyed the swimming pool. Cold water at reception was brilliant.
I enjoyed breakfast, but could have done with a bit more fruit (fresh berries) and oats to mix with the yoghurt. Also, no tea in room, I like to make myself a cup of tea in the morning. I would have preferred the gym have some dumbells.

Location, breakfast, bed,
Poor quality towels, no hand towels or washcloths, no decent toiletries.
Dont say you have toiletries if you are not going to supply real shampoo and conditioner, body lotion and bar soap.
