The hotel location is excellent, right in the middle of the forest. It is peaceful and quiet, with spacious rooms and a terrace overlooking the forest.
The staff at the reception desk were not friendly at all.

It was in a lovely location and quiet. We had some lunch which was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly.
I asked for a twin room and double checked a few days before travelling. Was told it was a twin. When we got in the room it was a twin but with a double bed topper and also bedding for a double bed. Luckily after we’d separated the beds the bedding was large enough to share though I’m not sure my 17 year old was happy.

Area is beautiful and very quiet
Staff gave me a room that was occupied. After sincere excuses I got a new room and free dinner. In general, the hotel and staff are okay, but sometimes I feel there is a certain nonchalance with the personnel. Not only in this Fletcher, but more in general.

Room, bed, bathroom were great
Cleaning staff were banging the door at 8:30/9am and woke us up. I was ill and was awake from 4:20am so was trying to go back to sleep around 7am only to be woken up at 8:30/9am with doors constantly banging. If checkout is at 11am, guests should be allowed to sleep until then.
