The location was excellent. Perfect room, great AC, bed linen, TV, shower and bath.

Excellent location, quiet and very comfortable.
The shower was a bit difficult as the hand rails were on the side I didn’t expect. The bath mat was hidden at the side and we didn’t find it till the second day. The dispenser needed more soap. This was only a minor irrational in a wonderful stay.

The location was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fridge and kettle in the room were useful.
The noise from outside was so loud until really late! The fact that I had not been warned upon booking that the hotel was under renovation and therefore rubble in the corridors.
The lift system to go directly to my room was confusing as there are two Floor 3's.
The room was very dated and didn't like the toilet being separate to the bathroom.
