Excellent location and close to Central station and red light/tourist areas. Tram right outside the door. Friendly staff.
After advising they would store luggage for a few days upon arrival was told they would not. Had to source other options which was very pricey and inconvenient.

Staff were nice and the location was good for the station.
The room was nothing like any of the photos. Really small - we had to move furniture just to get to the bathroom. The bathroom didn’t have a window or a fan so it was really steamy and a bit mildewy and just a bit tired. Coffee/tea in the room was paper cups, a kettle and some sachets - no milk which was a bit cheapskate.
