Für eine Nacht ok

Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Die Lage war sehr zentral. Man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Decken und Kissen waren sehr bequem.

Unser Zimmer war im Keller (als einziges Raum, abgesehen von einem Abstellraum). Im Bad gab es eine Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche. Die Decke war so niedrig, dass mein Mann (1,84cm) nicht im Stehen duschen konnte. Das Frühstück war überschaubar. Man musste bereits bei Ankunft angeben, wann man frühstücken möchte, da der Frühstücksraum sehr klein ist. Für eine Nacht war es erträglich.

Hotel foarte aproape de Gara Centrală, ușor de găsit. Mic dejun excelent, camera foarte drăguță și curata.

Foarte mult zgomot - pași deasupra în continuu - pana târziu.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Hotel well located for the main station.

We stayed in a quadruple room which was perfect for me and my two children (14 and 12). It was actually like two twin rooms without a dividing wall and had two bathrooms in the middle which really helped with privacy / not encroaching on each other’s space.

Breakfast was quite average - typical continental breakfast. There was only tinned fruit on offer and fresh apples, and it would have been nice to have had more of a selection, especially given the cost of the room. My daughter is coeliac and they couldn’t cater for her, but we knew this in advance so brought bits with us / went to the supermarket 2 mins away.

La hostelería en Amsterdam es cara, pero Multatuli , precio calidad , razonable . Todo ok. Buen wi fi .

Nuestra habitación, era cómoda y completa . Había café , té y galletita típica de cortesía . Ubicación , sobretodo para el uso del tren, era ideal. Desayuno y su personal muy bien. Nos permitieron dejar valijas x unas horas antes del vuelo .

Ducha un poco incómoda , a pesar de ser amplia. Si bien tiene ascensor, algunos escalones en los pasillos complican el movimiento de valijas grandes, según ubicación de la habitación q te toque.

All together pleasant stay would stay again although don’t expect a 5 star experience.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was lovely although would recommend going to earlier slot to avoid disappointment. Value for money was great. Beds were comfortable and no issue with bathroom.

Room was slightly outdated and windows and surrounding area were fairly dirty. Booked for 3 single beds and got 1 double and 1 single. When we asked to for this to be changed they said it would take atleast a day and then encouraged us to remain with the room as it was with complementary drinks. Although we never received those drinks. Construction works outside the hotel on the street and in the hotel were a slight inconvenience.

The breakfast was something for everyone, depending on what you liked for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and as spacious as possible, and quiet! Great location!

Bra läge, inget veganskt i frukostbuffén. Dyrt för den standarden.

Stora rum, tyst och lugnt.

Inga mjölkfria produkter vid frukostbuffén, slitna rum. Hade förväntat mig bättre till det priset.

Muy buena relacion calidad-precio

El hotel superó mis expectativas. Está ubicada a pocos metros de la estacion central, por tanto es comodisimo moverse desde alli. Las habitaciones muy limpias y comodas. Personal amable. El desayuno correcto, sin lujos, pero bastante variado. Relacion calidad/precio muy bien.

No hay nada que nos disgustara.

Double + 1 person for miniature people

Location is good

The room was in the basement (which was a surprise). The ceiling in the shower was so low that a person taller than 170cm could not stand up straight (let alone take a shower properly). At breakfast, you had to know to ASK for coffee/tea, because it was not offered to you - 1 morning out of 3 I didn't even get 1 when I asked for it: the 2 waitresses were too busy with something else (one arranging butters in a straight line) and then they just disappeared. Staff was nice but not forthcoming. Other rooms might be worth the money...

Location, staff, decent breakfasts, cleanliness, proximity of a grocery shop and Amsterdam Centraal station

the hotel location is perfect ( 2 minutes far from Central Station by walk ) All the staff were friendly and proffessional the room was small but enough for one person the room was clean and comfortable

Good hotel. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was very good. But note that you have to book a time slot for breakfast as the breakfast room can accommodate a certain amount of people at a time. Close to train station Amsterdam central and tram stations. Walking distance to restaurant and bars.

Unprofessional, rude and lack of hospitality of employees. Especialy from the hotel manager. Miserable breakfast is not worth of the money you pay. The phrase "customer is always right" is not applicable. Worst hotel experience ever.

Enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others

Very clean and at an excellent location. Easy to find and is right in the central. Staff was friendly and always helpful.

People walked into my room with a key card early in the morning without giving any warning.

in amsterdam it is good to stay near the central station if you travel other countries around.thays why we choose this place.breakfast was reaaly good unexpectedly...we were staying 2.floor which was nice.it was quiet...there is an elevator,hair dryer...

inside of hotel must be renewed at some point,its an old building dont expect to be too fancy or super clean. but it is enough to stay like 3 nights

Handy location good breakfast, small but clean rooms

The breakfast was very good. A small area but guests were staged in shifts which made it workable. Location was handy to Central Station & close to bars & restaurants, but busy & crowded due to holiday weekend & large number of tourists. I asked for a quiet room which meant facing into courtyard area, but it was very quiet.

Extremely small room - could barely move around bed & little room for suitcases. Feel that it was overpriced for what was offered & compared to other hotels we have stayed in.
