Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is great, only 5 minutes walk from the main train station and close to many restaurants. Easy check in and check out.

Very convenient -- basically across the street from Centraal Station, ferries to Noord, and trams to the rest of the city. Breakfast was good.
I don't mind a small room, but this was so small there was nowhere to even lay out my luggage. The floor was sticky, and there was a nasty sour smell in the bathroom, plus musty air coming out of the AC unit. Pretty pricey for the size and state of the room -- you're basically just paying for the location.
