Central location is perfect
No cups for coffee in the rooms only glasses . would have been nice if the machine for hot drinks in the lobby were free given it is a 4 star hotel drinks should be free !!

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent – very central and convenient for exploring Amsterdam, with many sights, restaurants and public transport within easy reach. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. The view was nothing special, but fine.
The only thing we missed was better air conditioning. We tried different settings to improve the airflow, but the air in the room remained quite still. Unfortunately, due to our busy schedule, we didn’t get a chance to discuss this with the staff.
Breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty. Overall, a comfortable and very conveniently located hotel for exploring Amsterdam.
As mentioned before, the aircon could be better as well as the view.

Breakfast was medium to poor for the price (not just of the breakfast itself but in context of the the room rate of e400 per night. Felt quite basic.
