We loved the drinks and snacks that are offered at the reception in the afternoon, such good value. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff at the reception, we needed an adaptor for the phone charger and they let us keep it during our stay..thanks guys! Our room was cozy and nicely decorated, 10 mins walk from the central station.
Pillows are uncomfortable, cleaning can be improved and breakfast wasn’t great. Considering this is rated a 4* hotel we expected more options and higher quality ingredients. The dishes had no label so you wouldn’t know if it’s ham or chicken, what type of cheese was served, no butter just margarine. The coffee was terrible, we tried the cappuccino which was just foam and the cafe late was tasteless and felt like dirty water.

The location was great. The staff is very kind. The building itself is very nice. The snacks at the highland.
The fact that there are a lot of stairs. The double room is not that big. Cleanness wasn’t perfect, could be better. And the fact that there’s no help after 17:00 (you need to go the neighbor hotel).
