There was no breakfast. There was a tea/ coffee machine that could be used anytime. There was a lift big enough for two with small cases
We had booked a small double at a bit of a rush and when the receptionist said he would upgrade us to a bigger room we were very pleased. It was a short walk to the train station (about 10 - 15 mins if slow walkers). Plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. I would book this place again.
The City View did not put us off..... we could see roof tops and the backs of other buildings.

Excellent location, comfortable, clean, good value, refurbished historic building near Centraal railway station. Adequate shower. A/C. Lift. Free coffee etc & croissants. Friendly staff.
Narrow building so rooms a bit small.

Very good location, near train station, China town, red light zone.
Room heater needs service. It’s way too weak so that the room temperature was near outside.
