Breakfast was very good. I only missed the Birchermuesli, but there was a good granola selection.

One of two lifts was not working which sometimes meant delays. One evening the remaining lift didn't work, so I had to walk the stairs to 6th floor. Staircase location also not ideal. My room was at far end of top 6th floor. Window leaked when it rained, Bathroom old fashioned, Poor lighting in room. The rest of family had rooms on 2nd floor and they were better equipped. (I suspect that as I had booked with Genus 3 discount, they gave me a poorer room). Location was ok to reach old town, but it was a 20 minute walk to railway station.
