Very good

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, lovely breakfast over the road in Toast. Friendly staff.

There was no facility for us to store bags after check-out. We managed to store luggage at lockers at the train station so no major problem but it would have been handy! Overall though, a great stay and I’d certainly come back.

Spacy central apartments with excellent facilities

The appartments are spacy (especially for the price and Dutch flats!), personal is very friendly and accommodating, luggage storage before check in was possible and it was even brought to the apartment by the team, luggage storage and toilet visit were possible after check out too. It is super central, you are 2 minutes away from the market square via a street lined with restaurants. Kitchen included water cooker, stove and oven (with microwave function), several pans as well as cutlery and cooking equipment plus salt and pepper

Distance between reception and appartments is 200 meters through a inner city street lined with shops and restaurants. Not that far and an issue, but surprising.

Smart stylish spacious quality stay in the heart of Haarlem.

we loved our stay in Suite Kleine Hout 7. Uber tasteful furnishings and style. Valerie on the reception team was superb and very helpful. Recommend staying in the better quality accommodation, as we saw one other property that wasn’t of the same calibre.

we had an appartement facing de “Kleine Houtstraat” which is very busy street also during the night. if nightlife is your thing you’ll be fine, if not I would recommend to ask for a quiet room.

Perfectly fine stay and very nice staf!

Staff was great and helped with whatever was necessary/any requests. E.g. my coffee machine didn’t work, they stopped by and found it indeed wasn’t working. I got a new one within fifteen minutes! Also enough tea and coffee refills thanks to housekeeping. Also comfortable bed and the bedroom was nice and dark too! Also nice tv/kitchen/couch area. The kind of tv you can pull out and adjust the angle of, so you get the best tv watch angle haha. The entire apartment looked bigger than in the photos. Bathroom was nice and moder and had everything I needed (shampoo/conditioner/showergel/bodylotion/many towels). The apartment was in a nice area and everything was closeby! I would recommend Hotel Hotel Suites to anyone who want to have the service of a hotel while staying in a (basic) apartment.

I liked my stay a lot! But there are a few downsides which I will all state here. It seems like a lot but most points are quiet minor. Firstly, kitchen facilities were poor. Only 1 pan and 2 small cooking pots. Only two plates, two bowls etc. Furthermore, it took very long for the water in the bathroom to heat up, shower pressure wasn’t great but it was fine. At one point I could smell the shower disposal and yeah that was not nice.. also, would’ve been nice to have a hairdryer with diffuser. This one didn’t. Then, the ventilation in the bathroom was on 24/7 and a bit noisy. You could hear it clearly in the living area. When I’m bed and trying to sleep, I found the noise annoying so I wore earplugs. Then, last evening it was windy outside. I always sleep with the window open just a tiny bit (like 1 cm or less), however, the bedroom door doesn’t close very firmly so the door made noise all the time. In the morning I woke up with the door being open. That was scary. Noise from the street is moderate (although I stayed Monday till Friday so it might be worse over the weekend but I wouldn’t know). All by all, because of these noise factors, I wore earplugs every night. Furthermore, tv is a regular tv, not a smart tv but it was fine!

The location of the room, central Haarlem, above an Indian restaurant on a busy shopping street, everything is on the doorstep.

We would prefer a way of washing the crockery after use, the only water source is the bathroom (through the bedroom etc) next time we would go for a small kitchenette. This room was fine for us but the stairs to the property are so steep almost ladder like in width and angle! The top steps are angles and only a few inches wide.

Lovely property in a great location in a picture-perfect town

Terrific location, nice furnishings and linens. We slept well in the comfortable bed and found it to be very quiet. The staff are delightful and helpful. We were in Suite 6.

I think it's a little expensive.

Great stay especially for families

I really appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff members at the hotel. I also liked how great both apartments we stayed at were for our family. Use of a washer, a kitchen and one even had a toddler bed in one room which is very rare to find. Everything worked well in the apartment. Location was great too.

Perfect stay in lovely Haarlem! 100% recommend!

Perfectly situated, right in the heart of town. Beautiful and spacious suite, with a very comfortable bed and lots of room. The staff is so helpful and courteous. I couldn’t have asked for more and definitely recommend this lovely place.

Perfect for weekend in Haarlem with a group of friends

A group of four friends in Haarlem for a weekend. The location was fantastic. The two suites (Klein Hout 6 & 7) were clearly new, with a stylish contemporary interior. The spaces were spacious enough (within the limits of an old dutch building) and well equipped. Communication with the staff was friendly and efficient. We asked for two adjoining suites if possible and they facilitated this with ease. Checking in (at the reception) and checking out (online) went smoothly.

A detail perhaps, but we did miss the lack of a full length mirror in the suites. Please note that the stairs to the suites and the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep. People with mobility issues will have problems.

Nice and friendly, right in the heart of Haarlem

The hotel are actually former apartments which were converted into hotel suites. So there is no common area to gather, the suites are spread throughout Haarlem old town. It is less a hotel approach of stay than rather "renting" an apartment. Staff at reception is very friendly and helpful and does the upmost to please their guests. Suites are in the middle of the city center, everything is in walking distance. Suites is in a old type house with steep steps but nicely reworked and wel maintained.

Breakfast was only served in the room, there is no buffet as common area is missing.
