The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and helpful. They were always friendly, welcoming, and willing to assist with anything we needed. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you for the excellent service — we would definitely stay here again! ⭐️

Un séjour exceptionnel ! ⭐️
Nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis dès notre arrivée. Nous avions initialement réservé une suite classique, mais sur place, un membre du personnel, très commercial et vraiment au top, nous a proposé de découvrir une suite en bord de mer. Il a gentiment accepté de nous faire visiter les deux logements afin que nous puissions comparer et faire notre choix. Et finalement, nous avons craqué pour la suite en bord de mer tellement elle était magnifique ! 😍 Nous ne regrettons absolument pas cette décision.
Je tiens vraiment à souligner le professionnalisme, la gentillesse et le sens commercial de cette personne, qui a su nous conseiller sans jamais nous forcer. C’est vraiment appréciable !
Toute l’équipe de l’hôtel est également très bienveillante, souriante et attentionnée. Les repas sont variés et nous avons passé un séjour très agréable du début à la fin. Les chambres étaient nettoyées quotidiennement.
Nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés ! ❤️ Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce magnifique séjour.
Nous avons même pu nous y faire masser, faire du sauna, un masque… car à l’intérieur de l’hôtel, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour. Mais bien sûr, faut payer en plus car il y a une masseuse à son compte 😉
Après le petit plus, c’est que nous avons aussi accès aux transat en bord de plage. Après comme tout bien évidemment faut payer en plus mais les prix sont très abordables et à la portée de tous.

Заселили в большой номер без доплаты, есть бассейн. Убирались каждый день. В номере было достаточно тихо.
Еда была плохой, выставляли откровенно тухлые салаты. Постельное белье и полотенца старые, серого цвета, было неприятно пользоваться. Номер с видом на стройку, за номер с видом на море просили доплатить 150 евро. Телевизор не работал. Не смотря на то, что убирались каждый день в номере,по ощущениям чище не становилось, окна в номере были грязные, старые жёлтые занавески придавали унылый вид. Пляж рядом, но плохой , вода грязная, поэтому приходилось ездить на Клеопатру на автобусе, где до 10 минут, или идти пешком, то 40-50 минут. Попросили на ресепшене оставить чемоданы, до вечера, так как вылет был вечерний, администратор сделал такой вид, как будто нам сделал одолжение, раньше в других отелях с этим не было никаких проблем.
