We loved the hotel. It has so much historical character, it is just beautiful. All the facilities were excellent and clean. We enjoyed the extensive breakfast and the friendly staff. Our beds and linen were excellent as well. It is easy to park your bicycle in the beautiful back garden. It was not difficult to reach from the train station either.

Interesting building (an old monastery?). Outdoor bike storage in their courtyard is secure enough if the bike is well locked. Hotel is centrally located for restaurants etc. The Deventer library serves lunches and is close to the hotel should you arrive before the room is ready

Hotel receptionist was extremely helpful and let us park our bikes in the courtyard.
Wonderful architecture, would love to know the history of the building.
Right in the centre of town.

The bathroom was very good. The bedroom was small. The bed was comfortable.
We walked in at 14.55 and were told by the front desk that check-in was at 15.00? 5 Minutes come on. This was the worst guest service I have ever received at a hotel.
