Great location along the riverfront. Somewhat dated but clean comfortable room. Modern bathroom. Like many old Dutch houses, steep spiral stairways that should be considered if traveling with young children or a person with disabilities.
Reception desk hours limited. Staff was friendly and helpful but we only communicated with them by phone, email or text. Hotel stairs and hallways well worn and overdue for fresh paint and carpet replacement.

Nice and clean apartment with everything we needed for our 2 night stay in Deventer.
It's located in the city center and a minutes walk from most things from breakfast spots (we loved 30ml coffee and food) to restaurants and most sightseeing locations.
The hotel is right next to a rather busy intersection, so we did hear a lot of cars and motorcycles. Not ideal if you are a light sleeper, but it didn't bother us too much.

Didn’t have breakfast, expensive. Location good for town centre and amenities, restaurants, Bars etc.
Room was booked for 3 adults and 2 children. 1 adult and 2 children were unable to make it owing to EasyJet cancelling their flight which was just as well as the room would not have been suitable, too small and 1 extra bed having to be brought in especially to be placed in the sitting area. The room faced East toward the Sun and the ventilation, even with the fan was inadequate. The windows only opened a few inches and the blinds were not easy to operate. Outside there was a lot of building work in progress with the accompanying noise from 6am, a Funfair which went on until 1am and some large waste bins which had a bad smell.
