I have to thank their staff. They helped solve all kinds of challenges, where to find the supermarket, how to open a stucked suitcase, where to eat, etc. Literally, everything. I had a lovely festival experience in Santa Susanna. I believe hotel staff are the main reason. Thank you all. :)

Well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. The air con was excellent- we stayed during a heatwave and had to turn it down because we were too cold! The pool was good, and the location is great, just off the main promenade.
Although it is close to beach, there is a good 10 minute walk.

The apartment was perfect for us, air conditioning was very good and staff were very accommodating with getting us travel cots and high chairs for our room for our twin babies. Pool area is small but very nice and clean. We found the area to be slightly noisy, mostly from the hotel across from our balcony but this isn't the fault of this hotel. Reception staff helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was ok, we found the staff in the restaurant slightly rude at times. The walls are also quite thin you can hear the apartments next door very easily. We found the beds quite uncomfortable

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location and proposes facilities were good. Close to bars and restaurants and not very far from the beach. The rooms have a good sound isolation.
All the hotels are very close one to another it seems a bit suffocating and the air-conditioning systems outside the property are very loud if you are located next to them and wish to sit on the balcony.
