We have stayed in this hotel before (prior to Covid) when visiting Porto Alegre and now have returned - right decision!!! The location suited us well as it is in the heart of the business area of Avenida Carlos Gomes. There is a taxi station across the street which makes, along with Uber, transportation in and out very easy. The highlight was the breakfast with great variety of items, from hot food to fruits and everything in between. The staff was attentive and friendly, and overall service was very good. Bed was comfortable, room quiet, and bathroom spacious. Elevators require the card to go up adding a layer of safety, but the hotel felt very safe.

Clean bed set.
The bathroom was no clean enough and the maintenance was very poor.
