The room is really spacious, the location is outstanding. The pool seemed very good, though we did not use it and it has nice views from the dining for breakfast
We arrived at the hotel and I had to leave to return a leased car so my wife stayed with my son and she carried 4 bags by herself and the front desk staff didn't even offer a cart to take luggage or offered any kind of assistance, I tried to speak to a manager and the guy at the desk said "you can speak to the manager tomorrow" and handed me a key to the room as saying "here, leave". On top of that, he didn't speak English, and my Portuguese wasn't great to express how annoyed I was, they say it's a five star hotel but I'd say this is an upper 3 star hotel, at most, definitely not the quality you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. The pillows are somewhat uncomfortable and the facilities overall have seem better times.

The location and the spaciousness.
Even when housekeeping came every day, the floor was never swept nor vacuum. The person that made the bed did not have much common sense: the sheets were always touching the floor (that had never been cleaned during my stay.

It has a beautiful view from the top floor where the pool and breakfast area are. Spacious room.
It wasn't that clean - the sofa in the bedroom had bread crumbles in it and the toilet seat had stains.
