Location, restaurant staff
Rooms need painting. Cleaning service was subpar. I often to ask staff to come make the room. They didn’t dirty take plates and utensils from the previous night. They often forgot to replenish soap bars etc etc

Clean, has a decent gym (probably the best hotel gym in Porto Alegre). Breakfast is not included but worth paying extra for. The premises are also attractive
No daily housekeeping. You had to ask for it and even when I asked there was one day when they did not come. Restaurant itself is expensive and not very good.
