Quarto limpo, café da manhã muito bom.
O atendimento não foi bom: falharam ao não registrar o nome do meu marido, que foi barrado no hotel. A ressalva foi o atendente Cristiano que resolveu o problema de forma gentil.

Apartment outdated (old cheap furniture). I was expecting more from a Mercure branded accomodation.
