Villa Irini feels like home!

Villa Irini is a wonderful place a little outside of the center of the small town of Spetses on the island of Spetses. The green garden and the pool, where breakfast can be enjoyed in the mornings, really make this place exceptional. Villa Irini really feels like a place to come home to after a long day of beaches and tours around the island. I particularly loved the way to get from Spetses town to Villa Irini; little streets filled with flowers and local people just enjoying their evenings. One certainly doesn't get the idea of being in an overwhelming touristic area.

The room was a bit warm and damp, which probably is inevitable on an island. Air conditioning works perfectly fine, but since I am not a fan of that, the humidity was strong at times.

Irini is hands on. She has time for all of her guests. But my favourite time at the villa was sitting under the olive trees having breakfast. It felt really peaceful and blissful. This is a lovely villa and a great place to stay.

Great host, breakfast, the room was clean and so comfy! I love it! I was by myself and everyone was so helpful! this is a perfect location, the beach, and restaurants are close, it’s very quiet in the evening! I highly recommend this place!

Location, room and room size, pool

Wifi in the downstairs rooms didn’t have any signal. We had to go to the pool area to reach the wifi. In future it would be great for stronger wifi for all rooms. Also, breakfast was great, but not a lot was offered.

Beautiful garden haven with welcoming staff, ample breakfast, lovely pool and comfortable rooms

Welcoming and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, very good ample breakfast. Lovely pool and garden. easy to get to the Old Port for restaurants and we’ll stocked grocery store very close

You can walk to the main harbour, but it’s about 15-20 minutes. It’s shorter to take the central roads, meaning walking along a busy street with now sidewalks and little shade. or along the linger route along the seaside drive

My kids say: " very comfortable, nice host, excellent pool, good rooms, nice balcony. We'd go back.

Very clean. Very quiet. Liked that it was near old harbour. Irini very helpful. Pool lovely, garden nicely kept. Excellent beach ten minutes walk away.

I would have liked more fruit at breakfast! But I really appreciated the cappuccino, so that balanced it out!

Resting! Relaxing! Rejuvenating!

Location is 2 kilometers from port. I wasn’t expecting it so took a lovely horse & carriage ride. Owner lovely and accommodating. Breakfast superb. Garden and pool spectacular with a beach cove short distance from hotel. Perfect except I suggested that the hotel invest in other modes of transportation such as a mini bike to rent or bicycle.

Needed to supply travelers with other firms of transportation besides walking. Mini bikes for rent or a free bicycle with a lock. Small investment. Also, the room online was deceiving! My room ended up being a shoe box so I upgraded for $30 more. One day there was no making up or cleaning of the rooms. There should have been a reduction in the price for the upgrade that evening.

the perfect week long stay

it’s my second time and I would not stay anywhere else on the island. the location is fantastic and the pool is a piece of heaven. taking breakfast under the olive trees is the best way to start the day.

Spacious room in good location but poor breakfast. Value for money can be improved.

Spacious room in good location that one can walk to the center but also is very close to the beach of Agia Marina. Mrs Irini was very friendly and helpful.

The facilities were a bit old considering the price of the room. The cleaning lady forgot to renew our soap but Mrs Irini arranged quickly to have it delivered after we called her. The breakfast needs significant improvement on the quality and variety. 2 out of 3 days we didn’t find croissants because all were eaten even though we went half hour and one hour (next day) before breakfast closes.

Exceptional

It’s a very quiet surrounding, ideal for a few-days stay. It’s right by the Old Harbour and just a few minute walk away from a nice beach. The walk to the main village is about 25 minutes if you walk comfortably, but the best places to eat are definitely in the Old Harbor anyway. Eleni is a sweet host and has great tips at hand.

Relaxing holiday in a fantastic accommodation!

The room was spacious and very convenient, in front of the garden and next to the pool. We had breakfast under the trees in one of the most beautiful gardens I've ever been to while on holiday. The hostess, Irene , is very friendly and hospitable.The proximity of the villa to the old Port makes it the perfect location for those who want to enjoy nightlife on Spetses Island. As for the nearest beach , Agia Marina, it is about 7- 10 minutes walk .It has a bar- restaurant and sunbeds for people who enjoy sunbathing.A part of the beach is free to all visitors.

Superb

Excellent hospitality, perfect location very close to Agia Marina beach and to old harbor restaurants and clubs. Nice and clean pool, rich breakfast, large and comfy rooms that need to be renovated.
