The staff was very kind, breakfast was nice, and the pool was amazing. We loved the time we've spent there 😊
It was super hot in the room, as there is no AC.
The ventillator is ok during the day, but we could not run it during the night because of the noise.

The hotel was very clean and had great entertainment options on site ( for an extra charge) eg. Outdoor swimming pool, mini golf, and a tennis court. The breakfast was also great!
The bedroom was really outdated. Our bathroom door handle was broken which meant it would fall off everytime we turned the handle to open the door. The bathroom mirror was also damaged and hanging to the side as one side was no longer nailed in.
We also had an incident in the evening as my daughter was suddenly unwell and vomited in the bedroom. I was travelling alone with her and didn’t want to leave her alone in the room but she was too weak too come down to the reception. I rushed down myself to ask for help (as there’s no phone in the room to contact reception) then a young member of staff just walked me over to their store room and gave me extra bedding, cleaning spray and a hand cloth. She didn’t bother to offer to help me clean the room/change the bedding or offer any kind of assistance. I was just expected to get on with it myself. I found this extremely unhelpful and a difficult situation.
Also the following morning when I went down for breakfast with my daughter. We were 15minutes early and had to sit on the steps outside as the door to the restaurant (which by the way is the only exit to the outdoors) was locked until exactly breakfast opening time. This was also very strange and unwelcoming.

Located in a very scenic area , family friendly hotel, comfortable spacious rooms, classic dutch dinner , a nice automatic ice cream store next to the hotel, for walking, biking you will get great sceneries around.
Perfectly located if your holiday plan is to do Efteling, Beekse Bergen and Landal het vennenbos water park.
Overall nice staff. Specially would like to mention Ponky who was kind , enthusiastic and we had few chats during our dinner.
Breakfast a bit boring and limited , could add may be some sausages or potatoes , veggies😄.. but that was not a spoiler for us.
Was a bit confused to see the reception to room keys for check in, is the same counter for the hotel restaurant 😄. One of the restaurants staff only will hand you the key. The actual reception you see on the board, is for the bungalows behind the hotel. Same property, 2 different set ups.
