The hotel is beautiful, ran on minimal staff at the moment but we thought it was a very nice place to stay. They have a bar for drinks only, breakfast only, no other food available but that didn't bother us. Town is a short walk away, there is plenty of parking and the room was comfortable enough. The hotel looks stunning at night with the walls lit. Good TV. Lots of interesting shops nearby.
It you're prone to peckish moments, bring stuff with you. Town approach is uphill, of course returning you'll coast down hill, handy! Cold breakfast only, juices etc not freshly pressed. It was very quiet so if you're after nightlife, not great. The lighting at night could keep.you awake, bring eyemask.

Nice hotel and a room with a splendid view of the hills. Although the room was spacious and the bathroom fitted with a tub, it did smell a bit stale, maybe more venting or keeping the windows open more would help.

Very nice disability room with walk in shower and stool. No view but plenty of room in the bedroom with a sofa and rocking chair included. Just a short walk to old town but earned its cobbles streets! The roof top restaurant produced a good evening meal with plenty of local choices.
The underground car park was the steepest and narrow one ever encountered . Do not use if you have a larger car or suv.
Sadly the breakfast was quite poor compared to Other hotels on route south.
No eggs, bacon or hot tortilla. Everything cold and not very inviting. Basic orange juice, bread, cereal, toast, tea and coffee etc it was better than nothing l guess!

Good location for the old town of Baeza. Easy parking. Fantastic views of the abundant olive groves.
