Location, the staff, the building

The bathroom, the shower, no shelving in the bathroom, shower was a hand shower that you attached to the wall and the water went everywhere. Flimsy bedside table, no teabags every day which we had to constantly chase up, coat hangers in the wardrobe were too high. The steps up to the room with a heavy case

We loved the location! The decor was stunning and we had a great room. We got a free welcome drink We got free sweets at reception and the screen with lots of information about the property.

The property is in the middle of the town. Walking distance to anywhere. It is a 400 years old building / palace.

Located in a pedestrian street, no parking areas around. You must walk from the car to the hotel with your belongings. Room was small, double beds though I requested a one bed.
