Riesige Auswahl beim Frühstück, nur über die Straße zum Strand. Haben sogar ein größeres Zimmer bekommen ohne Anfrage.

Leider das Wetter und dafür kann das hotel ja leider nichts!

Great hotel; great balcony; really enjoyed a day on the beach at their private beach club.

Great hotel, lots of space in room, with balcony. Superb hotel beach club opposite, with allocated loungers & parasol (free). Food adequate but uninspiring. Hardly any alternative restaurants nearby. Glad we arrived early because parking spaces were limited.

Very clean, bed confortable, sheets and towels like everything else in the rooms seem new, they are qualitative and smell nice, nice pool area for children, every room seems to have included sun beds at sea reserved for the room. Staff very nice , friendly and helpfull. Great place with nice people. Location is also great, straight on the beach. Price very good.

Fantastic hotel with modern superb rooms. Staff are friendly and kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing choice at breakfast. Sandy beach literally across the road perfect for kids. Wish we'd found this place sooner and been able to stay longer.

Great family hotel, reasonably priced , cheap bar, clean, great view of the sea.

A family-run hotel, Warm and friendly. Right across from the sea. Very clean. Modern decor. Cheap bar. Recommendation from the hotel to eat at the Carpe Diem pizzeria. It was superb. Pavement side bars and restaurants were open. Near airport. I bet the hotel and resort are throbbing in the season. Good bus link to Pescara.

Visited at the end of September and ALL the beach bars/restaurants were closed for the season.

Superb

Pros: - perfect for few days of pure relax - welcoming and corteous personnel - excellent price to value ratio - clean rooms - sea view and distance to the beach - well maintained swimming pool area - aircon, fridge and safe in the room - varied and tasty breakfast - many restaurants nearby - bust stop just around the corner - tidy beach

Cons: - roof terrace could be arranged much better (the mini pool or whatever it was seemed to be forgotten) - very close to the main street, that means noise is inevitable - we found triple rooms rather tiny for 3 persons - caffe can be done only with help of barista (or just coffe machine didn't work) - a little bit distant from larger grocery store (Oasi)

Everything was great. Room size perfect, lovely bathrooms, perfect swimming pool. Very tasty breakfast. So close to the beach. Staff very friendly, happy to help. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you 😊 I will definitely come back for longer

One of the best hotels. Great location with nice private beach. Room and public places always clean. Amazing and friendly hotel staff at the reception and at the bar. Good breakfast, great coffee and great drinks. :)

PERGECT HOTEL in HORRIBLE LOCATION

The HOTEL IS PERFECT in a horrible lication but it is not their fault. The most beautiful thing in this place was this hotel but you dont want to get out of it, there is nothing to see. VERY MODERN AND CLEAN ROOMS, BIG BATHROOM, PERFECT POOL and the TERRACE AWESOME SEA VIEW. The guys in the reception SUPER COOL and NICE. FREE PARKING and FREE BEACH FRONT although there is not reallg a beach, very little bays because all of those stone barriers the sea has aling the coast.

That we didnt stay more nights.

Super recommend the hotel!

Excellent staff and location. The hotel has a swimming pool and beach service, which makes the stay super convenient!

One night, we had an unfortunate and horrible experience. 2 teenagers were in the next room and playing loud songs, screaming... The hotel staff approached them but didn't work, so we could sleep only at 4 am. The next day the hotel changed our room without problems.

The room service was on high level. Very friendly and helpfull management on reception. Hotel is well organized for family with the children. I recommend Sole Hotel for familys with childern who want to rest and relax.

over all a nice experience, with small inconvenience I would recommend visiting the hotel.

clean, nice food, good service , nice positioning next to the beach, recently renovated,

too noisy at 6am every morning at least for how long we been there , not very friendly the staff in canteen ( conversational), at the bar show a product and sell another one (my case peroni nostro azzuro and sell local peroni at same price)

The parking in the hotel and how fast the staff in doing check-in and check-out. Breakfast is fine.. and the hotel is located just in front of the beach.

This is the first time I sleep in a hotel without duvet cover. At first, i thought the staff forgot to put a cover on our duvet. But, when we asked to the reception, it seems like it is kind of normal thing here during the covid. As for me, it is just weird., sleeping with a duvet without the cover. But then, it is just my personal opinion.

Very enjoyable.

Was given a great room with a balcony facing south and a large shower room. You literally crossed the road and you were on the beach. There was secure parking and a great choice at breakfast.

Great place for beach holidays!

The staff is really friendly. The breakfast was very well organized (Covid wise) and I probably had the best cappuccino in a hotel ever (hand made with a REAL machine ;)) The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was very clean! The cleaning ladies did a fabulous job every single day. The private beach is just over the street, very clean and the beach bar offers a good variety of snacks and drinks. The ocean is outstandingly clean in this area. The hotel is close to a very good pizzeria (also take away is possible) and to several groceries stores. Everything can be reached by foot within minutes, even though the hotel is not located in the center of Montesilvano. The view from my room (5th floor) was overwhelming!

The rooms are noisy unfortunately. The doors always slam if you don’t close them properly. So sleeping longer than 7 am was nearly impossible. My shuttle back to the airport wasn’t possible which was kinda upsetting but the hotel staff called me a taxi. A little more pricey but worked out fine. The beach is located right next to a main traffic road. So it can be a bit noisy but it’s not that bad, especially when you’re staying a bit closer to the beach.

Very good

Located on the promenade, just across the street from the private beach. Easy to reach by bus or train from the station in Pescara (they can also offer a shuttle option). There is also a bus from the airport if you are flying in. I was welcomed by smiling staff members in an airy and modern reception area. I went there on the second half of sept which for them is end of season. Maybe because of this or maybe because I’m lucky my room had been upgraded to a superior class, with sea view. What a treat! The hotel is very clean and I was assigned a room that was recently renewed (I was told they are gradually modernising all their rooms). Both the room and the bathroom were really spacious and clean (great shower!). The Beach area is well maintained and the guy at the beach bar was super polite and welcoming. Umbrella and beach beds included in the room (you’d pay extra in peak season). As mentioned end of season means less people around, hence the beach was not packed and there was plenty of space between guests. The water still warm and the temperature perfect in my opinion (25-28 degrees). You get tanned without getting sunburned and you don’t have to spend half day spraying sun cream! Breakfast was good (not buffet because of Covid), with a mix of sweet and savoury options. The majority of the staff members are young and very professional, I think they are the ones modernising the hotel and bringing it to the next level. It’s definitely a high quality for a 3 stars. Well done to the whole team, including the old generation who must have passed on their experience and work ethic! Ps: The hotel is split in 2 blocks, I guess the one facing the street (seaside) is more modern. Between the 2 blocks, on the second floor there is the pool area and some space for kids. Didn’t use it but looked again spotless. Finally they even have a terrace with a fantastic view and a shallow mini pool...looks to me like a great place to be on a birthday trip!

Nothing really. I think it’s a matter of time and the whole building will be modernised and look even better. Breakfast is served in the old block and you see that the facility looks a bit tired (still super clean). End of season means less tourists around so some restaurants are closed and others are half empty. If you prefer the buzz of a busy promenade go earlier in the season!

The hotel was excellent all round and a “hidden gem” for the Pescara.

The standard of cleanliness was excellent indeed.. Room could have some more drawers for storage. Apart from that the room was functional and very practical to use. An excellent layout within the room..

Wonderful holiday 2nd time

This was the second time we chose this hotel. The hotel is at great location, it has perfect view to the sea from our superior quadruple room, but the staff made our holidays wonderful. Very kind, helpful, friendly people. We hope to see them again in the future. THANKS!

Its well located and has a nice view.

The room was very simple and not really cosy. The bed and pillows were to hard for me and you only got a thin sheet as a blanket which was to cold for me at night. The lights in the room went out every 10 minutes maybe to save energy but it was really annoying. It was loud in the morning because of the cleaning staff. They startet at 7 and you heard a lot of smashing doors. The breakfast was not what we expected. The quality of the food was very low.
