It's a very good place to stay !
Very friendly owners, the lady speaks very good English, too.
Very nice, very clean rooms with a balcony, a good bathroom, a coffee machine with capsules, sugar and a bottle of mineral water.
There are several restaurants
(Try the Pizzeria, it has a great choice and very good prices) and coffee-shops right next to it, a big supermarket, a post office, a bus stop and the railway station at less than 200 meters away.
Very practical.
The lovely breakfast is included.
You have the choice between a sweet, Italian breakfast or another one with very high quality ham, cheese etc. Toasted, if you like, also.
Great coffee, too.
I stayed there for my first night of my trip around the Abruzzi coast and retourner for my last night, too.
Take the train from Pescara, very easy. There are busses, too, but you need to find the right one.
I recommend this family run hotel very much ! Grazie mille !

Struttura molto accogliente, 10minuti a piedi dal mare, titolari molto disponibili e gentili, anche riguardo alle intolleranze.
Essendo sulla strada principale, può risultare un po' rumoroso
$$$$
