Location was excellent, overlooking Lake Garda. The ferry was very close to the hotel, it was very efficient and we used it to visit various towns along the lake. The breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful and rooms were cleaned very well and we used the aircon in the room all the time as the weather was so incredibly hot for the whole week.
The beds in the room were very hard and uncomfortable. The bedroom could have had a chest of drawers as there was not enough drawer space for essentials.
