The staff are exceptional.
The shuttle bus is convenient but be aware it does not run between 12.10 and 4pm.
The buffet restaurant in the hotel is very good value and should be highlighted.
The apartments are very basic.
The thick blankets on the beds have seen better days. A cotton quilt or light duvet would be more appealing.
No iron or hairdryer.
The poolside bar doesn't do food in the week leading up to closing for the winter.

Staff was super nice, the pools are great, and the activities for kids were very fun.
The rooms can be refreshed a bit, but overall it's a good value for money.

Breakfast was good
The Mini market facility could use an upgrade, an onsite market where necessities like milk, buttet fresh bread would be much better. Also housekeepers barely visited our room in 2 weeks with fresh towels and toilet paper etc.
