Breakfast was decent and well prepared each day. The pool area while small, had enough space and was maintained to a good standard. Hotel location was excellent.
Room layout was strange - the shower and toilet units were in the main room and not in an actual separate bathroom. The door to the toilet was more of a screen and did not close properly. The room was not as advertised in the pictures when the booking was made, and the decor was a bit tired - the whole hotel could do with a refurb in general. There is no actual restaurant at the hotel and outside of breakfast, you have to wait until 19:30 to even get a coffee!!

The hotel was a perfect location to where we wanted to be in the historic part of the city, the staff were very attentive , breakfast was fab .
The pool was great but , there was not enough sun loungers there or umbrellas to shade the sun as it gets extremely hot up there, it does get busy and people cannot sit down and some decided to not too stay as not enjoyable.

Good location, very clean. Comfy bed & great pillows. Staff very helpful. Pool area good, could have been improved with a spruce up, flooring maintained, towels provided & a bar area would have been lovely - it was big enough to take it. Great air con & very quiet. Parking just round the corner at special rate with hotel.
Noise from street below was terrible (Room 154). Sound of running water through wall/pipes all nights. Glass modern toilet within room looks great, but no separate light for in the night! Long wait for check in, only 1 member of staff on desk. Screaming kids running around on floor above us at 2am (not hotels fault) but with noise in street too - no sleep!
